At Wild Link, we value transparency, integrity, and good governance. Below you can find the core documents that guide our foundation’s operations and strategic direction.

Policy plan
Our Dutch policy plan sets out our long-term goals, the activities we carry out to reach them, and the principles that guide our decisions. It also outlines our funding model and how we ensure that our resources support our mission as effectively as possible.
Board regulations
This Dutch document describes the role, structure, and responsibilities of our board. It includes procedures for meetings, conflict of interest management, and board succession planning.
Executive regulations
The executive regulations, in Dutch, define the scope of the director’s responsibilities, and clarify the relationship between the director and the board. It ensures clarity, accountability, and alignment with the foundation’s goals.
Director agreement
The Dutch agreement between Stichting Wild Link and its director, outlining voluntary duties and optional freelance assignments.
Code of conduct
Our Dutch Code of Conduct is the ethical compass that guides our fieldwork and productions. It outlines how we treat wildlife, ecosystems, and the people we work with. This code ensures that our work respects the subjects we film and the science we represent.
